A line follower robot

It was a assignment to program a line follower robot. We have five sensors to detect a black line on a white surface. In my group we were two members:- me and Sufi. What we do is that we wrote a program in BASIC that will tell the user to put the robot sensor on white surface to take input data of the sensor readings for white. When reading is complete it will say to put the senosrs on the black to take the sensor readings for black. When the reading is complete it will seek black line. If the middle sensor is in black line the robot will go straight. If all the left sensors are in black, it will turn 90 degree to left. Same action for right 90 degree turn. If the black line is detected on any side of the middle sensor, the robot will turn lightly to make the black line appear on the middle sensor. If all the sensors are in white the line follower will stop moving.

Export mysql database

Yesterday My classmate Rinku asked me how to export mysql database. He said that using PhpMyAdmin is pain to download the database everyday. So he needs a button which will do the job of PhpMyAdmin in a single step. That is why he needs the system of exporting a database. I knew how to import database, it is a simple command line script. %mysqlimport -p -u root < file_name.sql. But I dont know about exporting a database. Because I need to export database rarely. I told him to try with mysqlexport command. But this is not an sql comman. This does not work. I came home and googled about it.

I found that exporting a database is also known as dumping. The command is %mysqldump -p -u user_name database_name > file_name.sql.

Simple! Isn’t it?

A few years ago. No body thought about the PTC sites that have been mushrooming now a days. Actually what a PTC side do? It is simple. They buy and sell traffic. Many webmaster can not do enough SEO to get their traffic from the search engine. So they buy traffic from this so called PTC sites. Again if all the webmaster possess the first position in google ranking who will be second. But somebody has to be in second page of the search result. So one way left to get traffic is to use PTC sites. But the problem is that, the PTC site hit Counter and google analytics result does not match. But the webmaster needs traffic, so they buy traffic and the PTC sites survive.

It happened in last year. One day while returning home, I saw a kitten in the stair of my house. The kitten was very beautiful. It was black and white. It was playing with a rope. I liked it very much and named it “Tooktuki”. Everyday I watch it playing. Sometimes I went near to Tooktuki and it was so small that I put it in my one hand grip. Tooktuki said mew mew. I liked its voice. One day I heard Tooktuki is crying loudly. I went near to it, and it started to crying even more loudly. I felt that it was hungry, very hungry. Quickly I bought a piece of bread from a nearby shop and gave it to eat it. Then it began to play again. I sat on the stair and saw the kitten playing. Tooktuki was very happy. It never had to think about the complex world. It just wanted to eat and play. How simple its life is.

One day I was walking in front of my apartment, I saw a girl throwing some fish bones to the garbage taking vehecle provided by the city corporation. How cruel they are. Tooktuki was looking at her with a hope if she threw a fish bone to him. No, she threw all the fish bones to to the garbage vehecle. People does not posses a soft feeling for the hungry animals arounds us. No middle class people in this city can keep a pet where I dewll in. Actually people are so busy with life complexity that we cannot manage time to fulfill out hobby. Specially the middle class people. Most of the time I do not stay at home, so I did not keep Tooktuki as my pet, because in my absense no one will look after it.

A few days later, I saw Tooktuki walking and limping. Somebody has broken its leg. Tooktuki’s eyes were wet, although it was not crying. I went near it. And watched its broken leg closely. There was a scar on its back. Somebody had beaten it on back. Tooktuki had nowhere to go, nobody in the city want Tooktuki to live. Everybody was so busy that they cannot afford to give Tooktuki some food and some shelter.

It was too cold here. It was January 15 I was in the varanda and wathcing people on the road. After sometime I saw Tooktuki on the road. I saw it sleeping in one side of the road. It was not moving for a long time although a lot of people going by. I went to it and touched it. Tooktuki was frozen dead. Nobody has a feeling about a street cat. I felt so sad. I found no place to bury it. A young man put it to the garbage vehecle. Actually, we can not ensure human safety, let alone a street cat. I heard some people are killed nearby frequently. So, how this people can get s soft feeling for a street cat???

I am busy

The second Year final exam is knocking at the door. I have not started to study again. I need to go to the University and do some study. I cannot concentrate on my study in my home right now for some reason. Another thing is that my hard disk has been corrupted. I have repaired it, but the system has gone damn slow.

I am trying to fix my computer. Because I need it to study. I have not bought most of the books because I try to study online from e-book and website.

It is very hard for me to study now. Whatever I have nothing ot do.

I had stopped writing my blog posts for couple of months. Now I am back and I hope I will continue my writing as well. Recently we had a festival called Eid. I haven’t celebrated the festival. I slept the festival day. Some days ago we some friends wanted to take auto-vacation. But due to some kid’s unwanted behaviour, we failed to take that vacation.

Man should be like man. In our society there are some people who are in disguise of man, but they actually do not worthy to be man. A man should have kindness to human kind as well as animal world.

For this kind of disgkuised people we can’t help a distressed.
